Alkaline / Oxygenated Water Ionizers
These devices are the latest craze sweeping the country, and for good reason. Tests show they change the water in several ways. This results in 6 times faster absorption, detoxification of the body, and antioxidant benefits. Water ionizers are classified as medical devices in Japan and 20% of all households in Japan use one to improve their health! They have been a standard in Japan for over 20 years and may contribute to the Japanese being rated #1 for health and longevity. The U.S. is rated #24. Alkaline water ionizers are relatively new to the U.S. and the Western world. Everyone I have met so far is excited either from the improved health reported from their use, and/or the income potential from their sale. After some due diligence, I’ve chosen to carry water ionizers made by a US division of Emco Tech called Ion Ways. Although several other companies make these devices, Emco Tech is know as the world leader in water ionization technology, research and development.

Their devices include the latest technology and ease of use. These devices create “functional water,” that’s either alkaline or acidic (adjustable). The alkaline water is said to greatly increase the body’s absorption of nutrients, boost energy and immunity, detoxify, and act as a powerful antioxidant. When your body is alkaline you are less likely to get, diabetes, cancer, and many other diseases. This is the same reason why vegetables are so good for you!
I’ve been hearing testimonials of people eliminating all kinds of medical problems from the special alkaline/oxygenated water. The acid water has some good cosmetic and disinfectant uses as well.
So, people do have a choice. To become more alkaline they can greatly increase their intake of organic vegetables and organic vegetable juice OR they can buy one of these devices. Live blood cell analysis taken before and after consumption of alkaline/oxygenated water is very impressive.
Most people selling these devices are not honest or knowledgeable about the limits of how the devices filter the water. The machines have ineffective water filters built in. The filters in the machine are simply too small and simple to remove toxic sodium fluoride, heavy metals and the pharmaceutical drugs which most people have in their water. They also remove none of the excessive minerals, that may make your water taste bad. The water coming out of the device, with the standard filters, does not taste much better than tap water. It’s best to use a really good reverse osmosis filter ahead of the device to solve these problems.
The water ionizers are $2095 for the large counter top Athena, or $2645 for the Delphi with a high tech stainless steel digital facet above the sink, and the main unit hidden under the sink. There is also an economy-beginners large counter top model (Melody) at $1395.
